Use of this Sand Angels Company website sandangels.com (the 'site') constitutes an agreement to our terms of use. We encourage you to view the following information carefully before using the website.
Protecting Your Account
Some portions of this website permit username and passwords to be used. You are responsible for protecting your unique username and password and you agree to be responsible for all activities performed under your user account.
License & Site Access
Sand Angels grants you (the user) a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. This license does not include the right to download any material (other than routine page caching), modify any material, or any portion thereof, without the express written consent of Sand Angels Company. This license excludes the download or collection of logos, product descriptions, pricing, text, graphics, audio and video clips. This website or any portion of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without written consent by Sand Angels Company. Any unauthorized use of this website voids the limited license granted by Sand Angels Company.
Sale Terms and Conditions
The placing of an order with us does not constitute a contract. The contract is formed only when your order is expressly accepted. Acceptance of an order will be subject to the products ordered being available from stock & our obtaining authorization for payment. The identification of a pricing or product description error, in which case we will contact you to see how you want to proceed with the order.
Pick Up and Delivery
Products can be picked up Monday - Saturday, 10-6pm from our store at Camana Bay - Ame, The Paseo, on the corner of Market Street. When your order is ready for collection you will receive an email with instructions, please allow 48hrs for purchases to process but we will do our best to be faster than that.
Delivery will be free of charge for orders over $150 from South Sound - West Bay. For all other locations and orders under $150 delivery will be $20.
Returns and Exchanges
Final Sale Items - SALE items, seasonal products, swimwear, earrings, candles, wellness/beauty products are all final sale and may not be returned.
Return Policy - For online and in store we offer in store credit for returns ONLY within 7 business days. Clothing must have tags in place and be in store bought condition. Worn and damaged goods will not be accepted.
Privacy
We use the order information we collect to fulfill orders placed through the site - providing you with invoices/order confirmation. Additionally we use this order information to communicate with you, screen orders for fraud we will not collect any other information or share it with other companies or individuals.
Limitation of Liability
This site provided by Sand Angels Company on an 'as is' and 'is available' basis, Sand Angels Group makes no warranties. You expressly agree that the use of this website is at your own risk. Sand Angels Group cannot warrant that this site, our servers, or email communication affiliated with the use of this website are free from viruses. Sand Angels Group will not be responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from use of this website.
Applicable Law
By visiting this website you agree that the laws of the Cayman Islands without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute that may arise between you and Sand Angels Company.
